You will given opportunities to lift weights. The lifting part is what you will be graded on. Different styles of lifting.For example 3 x 10, 5x 5, burnouts, resistant lifting. Learn why you lift certain ways. Are you trying to lose weight or gain weight.
Cross training days will consist of different condition games such as confusion ball, ultimate frisbee and other games that consist of a lot of running.

Each class is expected to get dressed in PE clothes. Have tennis shoes and warm clothing if we go outside. They are expected to participate in daily activities. They can earn up to 4 points a day. If they don’t participate they don’t receive any points.
