ECFE Classes – ECFE (Early Childhood Family Education) offers classes to help your family grow and learn together.  We strengthen families by providing an informal place to meet, play and learn with other young children and parents.  Parents are a child’s first and most important teachers!  Our mission is to provide support and information to families and help all children prepare for school success.  Parents and children come and explore a variety of activities that stimulate creativity.  We will gather for circle time to use the parachute, sing songs, and learn finger plays.  Parents discuss common topics and share ideas specific to your child’s emotional and physical development.  Two ECFE classes are being offered.  Both are 12 week sessions offered on Monday nights, February 3 through April 27.  The 18 months – 4 years old class will meet from 4:30-5:45 p.m. and the 2 – 4 years old class will meet from 6:00-7:15 p.m.  A sliding fee scale based on a family's income is used to determine the class fee.  All are welcome and no one will be denied access for ECFE classes due to an inability to pay.  We have just kicked off our Winter/Spring ECFE classes but it's not too late to join!  There are limited spaces still available in each class.  Please register online or by calling Community Ed at 320-843-4545.
